Refund policy

At Glow Miracles, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and all tags or seals intact

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped within 7 days of return approval

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale, Free Gifts, or Samples

  • Items that are used, opened, or not in resalable condition

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) once opened


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at help@miraclesgroup.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them within 7 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Approve the refund if the item meets return conditions

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit/coupon code based on your preference

Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please email help@miraclesgroup.co.uk within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return shipping costs if applicable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, color, or size, please request a return and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process after receiving it.
