Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once your payment (settled in GBP) is completed and verified, our warehouse system begins processing your order. Processing time depends on product availability, as shown on each product page. If your order contains items with different availability statuses, the processing time will follow the item with the longest wait time.

⚠ We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays. Processing may take longer during peak sales, promotions, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.


2. Packing & Dispatch

Once all items are available, our warehouse team begins the packing process to prepare your order for dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our facility.


3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from our warehouse in Birmingham to the all part of United Kingdom.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout:

Remote Areas: An additional £20 surcharge applies to Express shipping in remote regions. Delivery may take 2–3 extra business days.

4. Shipping Insurance (Optional)

For added protection, we offer insured shipping at a rate of 4% of your order subtotal.

  • Covers full value of goods in case of loss or damage during transit.

  • Applies to both Standard and Express shipping options.


5. Lost Parcel Policy

To claim a full refund or replacement for a lost parcel, please ensure the following:

  1. Submit a support ticket within 14 business days of receiving tracking information.

  2. Provide investigation proof or courier confirmation of loss/damage.

We may be unable to assist with claims submitted after 14 calendar days of shipment.


6. Damaged Goods Policy

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged goods:

  1. Submit a ticket within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, item name, and clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging (bubble wrap, box)

    • Damaged product(s)

📸 Claims submitted after 72 hours of receipt will not be accepted as we consider the parcel accepted in good condition.


7. Uninsured Shipments

If you opt for shipping without insurance:

  • Courier liability will apply only during transit and is subject to their service terms.

  • Glow Miracles is not responsible for lost/damaged items after successful delivery.

  • However, we will do our best to support you in contacting the courier service for dispute resolution.
